WE ARE ON A TWO-SERVICE SCHEDULE, likely through the end of the Pentecost season November 23.

The "Elderquest" movie course begins Tuesday, September 16, at 1 p.m. in the Guild Room. Charlotte Tannheimer writes that at the first meeting, "you are showered with handouts that explain [the course's] whole idea and even provide a short course in cinematics with a glossary of terms. It's a forerunner of the enthusiastic discussions after each weekly movie. The second meeting will show Ingmar Bergman's Wild Strawberries. Sign up in the Parish Hall.

Outreach teams serve meals October 7 at My Brother's Table and September 21 at Salem Mission.

"Memories of China" slide show and discussion, September 24, 7:30 p.m. Join Amy LeClair and her family, and Carroll Perry, in the Parish Hall to hear about their summertime trips to China.

Our annual Blessing of the Animals will be Sunday, October 5, at 10 a.m.

Snowflakers will meet
the following Wednesdays at 9 a.m., in Classroom #2, in preparation for the second annual Snowflake Fair: Sept. 17, Oct. 1, Oct. 8. September 17 is baking day; meet in the kitchen. More dates will be added after the fall rummage sale.
For more information, call Brenda Marean or Alison Fowler.
