Under the leadership of Music Director Janet Fitch Parker, St. Andrew's enjoys a wide variety of musical offerings. Amy LeClair directs the Senior Choir, which sings at the 10:00 service.

Artist-in-residence Bob Franke has composed both liturgical and festival works for performance. Each year, the choir and invited artists perform Meditations on the Passion of Our Lord Jesus Christ on Good Friday. In addition, the choir performs Bob's Epiphany Cantata each January.

The Noteworthies is a mixed a cappella group composed of ten to twelve North Shore residents who enjoy singing together; they also happen to be St. Andrew's parishioners. The group performs music from many genres, including vocal jazz, doo wop, love Songs, and pop music. The Noteworthies have performed at many St. Andrew's events, as well as at local fund-raising events, parties, and outdoor events, including the Marblehead Christmas Walk, Tower School, GaGa Gallery, My Brother's Table, and North Shore Spirit and Navigators games.
